1. Queries for free
After purchasing the reader, you can e-mail any queries that you may have about its contents to info@jbadatabank.com for a maximum time period of 1 year from the date of purchase and appropriate replies will be sent as soon as possible.

 

2. Payment reference (NOT necessary if Order, pay and download the reader immediately)
Purchasing procedures include a unique payment reference of your own choice. Please use this same payment reference in the subject line of any e-mail in order to ensure that it gets the attention it deserves, i.e. – to avoid junk mail misinterpretation.

 

3. Restitution

Restitution of payments is not possible following purchase for whatever reason.

 

4. Liability

The reader has been composed very carefully and the above-mentioned reply mail will also be composed in a careful manner. Nevertheless, JBA-Databank and/or Jan F. Jacobs are excluded from each and any liability to the purchaser of the reader and to any third parties.

 

5. Rights reserved
All rights reserved.
No part of the reader may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the publisher. Contravention means that one is liable to a penalty of € 100 per page for breaches of reserved rights of whatever kind.

6. Force majeure
Circumstances beyond control of JBA-Databank such as not getting quick enough answers to queries, are force majeure.

7. Price rise
